Delivery Of Goods Without Payment
DELIVERY OF GOODS WITHOUT PAYMENT
Seller shall deliver the goods to buyer without requiring payment for the goods at that time. Buyer shall pay for the goods within days after receipt of delivery.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
